Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  4. Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box.
  5. Ship the package to our returns center at:

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Mesh and Bungee Cords (due to potential stretching and customization)
  • Replacement Parts (once installed or used)
  • Any products that have been used, installed, or modified from their original condition

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed mind returns.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will refund both the product cost and original shipping fees.

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product.
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.
