Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our kayaks, SUPs, paddles, and premium paddling accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange
  3. Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box
  5. Ship the package to our returns center at:

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Mesh and Bungee Cords (due to potential stretching and customization)
  • Replacement Parts (once installed or used)
  • Any products that have been used, installed, or modified from their original condition

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed mind returns
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will refund both the product cost and original shipping fees

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
