Order Process:

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email with shipping details.

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Shipping Limitations:

We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Delivery Issues:

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return Timeframe:

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and product details
3. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
4. Package the item securely with the RMA number visible on the outside
5. Ship to: Paddle Life Store Returns, 328 Gateway Road, Portland, US 97205

Non-Returnable Items:

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Mesh and Bungee Cords (due to potential stretching and customization)
• Replacement Parts (once installed or used)
• Any products that have been used, installed, or modified

Refund Processing:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed mind returns. For defective or incorrect items, we refund both the product cost and original shipping fees.
